Returns

Under distance selling regulations you are entitled to either a refund or exchange. We offer a 14 day window for you to contact us and send the item back, Please phone us on 01603 630664 or email us at service@beaujanglesofnorwich.co.uk to start the returns process.

For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns or exchanges on any body jewellery, or jewellery meant for a piercing (such as earrings). In addition, wigs will also be non-returnable for the same reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
